I am convinced that there are people in this world who are intent on murdering the spirit /the soul of another . Whenever there is a bright shining light someone wants to put it out .
Why is this ?
I am sure that it is because fear causes people to run away or worse try to murder the spirit in another so that they do not need to acknowledge their own spirit .
Mocking ,criticism ,condemnation ,bullying ,belittling ,threatening are tactics used by soul murderers.

Dare I Publish ?

I wrote this poem one night when I heard the angels call .If there is anyone out there who responds to this poem with heart and soul please contact me .If it doesnt speak to you then please just pass it by without criticism .
The poem is relating to Rudolf Steiners lecture at the Christmas Conference and has a deep base of Anthroposophy .
Life for me is usually about helping others but this is my personal call ,my personal passion and belief .

Earthly Souls —A Call From Spirit Realms

—–For those who have ears to hear—–

Earthly souls,are you remembering
How you answered a call
Is your mind forgetting
The Angels sent you from heaven
Where you didn’t stay long
Awoken too soon ,so it seems
With compensations too few
No, you didn’t have time
On earth, now, lost and alone
You feel no belonging.
Where are your friends ,so you ask
Asleep in the heavens
Do you think it unfair ?

Is your soul remembering
How you answered a call
For you chose to return
Is your mind forgetting
How you just want to sleep
Though time enough for such
And compensations,oh blessed relief
All in good time
Now there is work to be done
Is your soul remembering ?

Do you now hear the call
The call from Michael
To stand firm and strong
To oppose incarnate Ahriman
As in physical form
For the Christmas Conference
Message is beginning to stir
In souls who are remembering
They have answered a call

We ,of the spiritual spheres
We, who have answered this call
Are longing and waiting
For you to respond
We need your assistance
And we will to give aid
To those of you who stand
By Michaels side
This is your task
For which you chose to return
And we decided to stay

As you move on the earth
And we amongst you ,dear friends
As your soul is remembering
From whence you have come,
And for why you are here
Do have patience and care
For those amongst whom you live
Those who must honour their
Normal stream of their lives
As is true for them
For you have come before due time
And as such may never
In a normal stream of your lives
Have touched upon those on earth
Now, with whom you reside

So they will be curious,aware
And afraid
As they attempt to comprehend
To understand and to know
For you are a stranger
And you are not of this life
As you are on the earth
You must the laws obey
Be awake and have love
Be kind and live in Christ
As your soul is remembering
That you have answered a call

We need you dear friends on earth
To bear witness for us
So Christ can transform
The effects of evil deeds
The spectres,the phantoms,the demons
Be aware of deceptions
Of untruths and valueless words
For truly the word creates
So seek to find the being
Born of Sophistry
For he moves amongst those
Who gather to find guidance
In love for Anthroposophia

This being ,born of Sophistry
His challenge is to bring
His followers to the Anti-Christ
For as Anthroposophia leads
Those who listen to her guidance
Unto the Christ
So does he amongst you move
Bringing harm to our friends
On earth and in the spirit
For conscious or no,his followers
Sophists for certain
Stand to oppose the Christ

The work we do together
And that which you do
In Christ’s name
Is recognized and treasured
For we truly know how you suffer
Alone and misunderstood
Unheard and unseen
For we do hear you prayer
And feel your efforts
Have therefore no doubts
Of our regard and commitment
Our love and understanding

If you soul is remembering
Then in truth you will know
‘Not I but the Christ in me”
As you live full in faith
Love and hope
If your soul truly remembers
And you have no need to pretend
You will know in your heart
Christ’s words on the cross
As you together with us
Strive toward fulfillment
Of our task in true Anthroposophy

And if but one of you will
“Come to the Father”
The forces of Ahriman will
Be weakened in huge number
For this is our task
The need to belong
To partake of the earth
Is strong and attack with
Rejection is painful indeed
Always remember the forces
Of evil will need to reject
If in Christ’s name to
The Father you strive

In thine I, does your soul remember
In the heart of thy being
“There lives the Word
The Spirit Word
And the Word was with God
And a God was the Word
In the beginning was the Word
And so it is!

Magic of Fairy Tales

I know you will probably be thinking fairy tales are just for little ones but let me assure you they are a healing medicine for all ages .
Why do you think your aged granny sat you on her knee and told you so beautifully those old stories ? Do you think it was only to feel close to you ,to see the gleam in your eyes, the delighted look on your face as you were being enchanted by the tale and to feel her joy of telling it to you ?
Well ,no –I will let you into a well kept secret –granny was as enchanted at that moment by the story as you were . In fact the story enchants us all !
Where on earth did we take the belief that’ fairy tales are only for kids ‘?
Believe me I have been a story teller for many years and I am always as nourished as the children by these fabulous tales from long ago .

Fairy tales are from ancient civilizations and from cultures which still had a close relationship to the angels ,and it is from this world of the angels that the tales were derived .So even today ,when our way of thinking is not particularly spiritual we can be nurtured by this angel food .

Just be brave enough to give this a try .
Read one of the Grimms Fairy Tales each night for a week before sleep [ they are not going to take very long to read and you are not being a baby ].
No need to analyse the story just let it seep into your soul and its easy –just let the tale do its work .
You can read for a loved one who is ill or distressed ,you can read for loved ones you are grieving for –no need to do anything else but think about the person and read to him/her .

Gnomes – Just a Taste for Now

How often have I been ridiculed by the skeptics when I mention an interest in spiritual beings such as elementals .Not to be deterred I have put together a few ideas from my own experiences and research because I believe these beings have a right to recognition and appreciation for their invisible work .Here are some interesting ideas relating to gnomes .

Gnomes are very useful little invisible beings which are interested in our human thinking.
Their task is to work with the spirit which is under the earth’s surface, to push the seedlings up through the earth’s crust.

Clairvoyants have seen these little beings in many places such as mines, rocky grounds, and metallic areas.

Even though gnomes do have physical bodies which are invisible to man, sometimes they are referred to as root spirits because they work to bring the earth minerals to the plant roots.

The gnomes can understand what they see and hear and take ideas from the whole universe.

As they go about their tasks, wandering through the rocks in autumn and winter they take ideas and intelligence from plant to rock.

Gnomes apparently think humans are quite stupid compared to the great universe intelligence they carry with them, so they laugh at us.

Gnomes don’t want to be earth bound because they love the spirit and they fear if they become too close to the earth they will become frogs or toads in a visible form.

Innersophia Girl’s Tips Relating to Healthy Eating

Good eating habits are essential for maintaining a healthy physical body, so if possible try to find organic or biodynamic foods.

You can still use your favourite recipes while substituting ingredients such as processed foods or those soaked in preservatives or chemicals, for richly nourishing biodynamic foods. These include milk, yogurt, flour, oats and bread.

Pure honey is a good healthy substitute for white, refined sugar .

Roast pumpkin and potato by covering the slices in biodynamic yogurt and bake as usual – a scrumptious meal without the fat or oil.

And now for our favourite tip!

A hearty brekky can be prepared the evening before so you can stay in bed just a little longer. Try this recipe tomorrow – we think it’s yummy:

Home made muesli

Biodynamic or organic rolled oats

Sundried sultanas and other sulphur free dried fruits you love

Add grated organic apple, grapes, banana or kiwi fruit and chopped nuts then mix with bio yogurt, a teaspoon of pure honey and even some pure cream.

When the mixture is smooth and creamy cover and leave in fridge overnight.

Ready to eat on the way to work, or as you are getting dressed – why not take some in a little container to work and have it during the day when you feel like a chocolate bar?
